Another shutdown showdown in Washington as Congress tries to pass a spending bill by Monday. The Senate passed a version Friday. The bill has moved on to the House.
“This isn’t going anywhere,” says College of Charleston political science professor Jordan Ragusa. “These sorts of battles are going to continually occur as long as the Congress can’t pass a long term spending bill.”
