Location: Remote (company based in Columbia, SC)
Type of Employment: Part-Time, Intern
Responsibilities:
- Providing social media content, including custom content and industry news for social media platforms
- Serving on TMF’s website development team and creating content for the resource library
- Monitoring weekly priorities in recruiting meetings and ensuring that high-priority jobs are posted via social media and website
- Researching, creating, and posting custom content for all social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Monitoring Glassdoor/Google/Facebook reviews and responding accordingly
- Completing reference checks for the recruiting team and updating information in our applicant tracking system
- Assisting with writing and editing job descriptions
- Working with the recruiting and sales teams to maintain up-to-date and well-written marketing pieces for email blitzes, job fairs, and other recruiting efforts
Qualifications:
- Social media experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be comfortable talking on the phone
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
- Must be self-motivated
- Advanced Word and Outlook skills
- Advanced editing skills, including grammar and punctuation
- Ability to stay current on Information Technology (IT) industry news
- Previous IT recruiting, staffing, or sourcing experience preferred
