Description: Do you like to wear hats? Like, a lot of them? Good. Eddis + Co is looking for a super organized, social media lovin’ account manager to work with our growing list of clients. The Eddis + Co. Social Media Manager is articulate, poised, detail-oriented, energetic, and a problem-solver with an ability to build strong, productive client relationships.


  • Deep knowledge and understanding of social platforms – primarily Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Experience working within Asana or other project management tool
  • Experience working with Canva or Adobe to create original templates for social media
    Experience creating original video content for social platforms (Instagram and TikTok)
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable asking for feedback and/or trying to move projects in different creative directions
  • Manage time effectively and able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well independently and efficiently
  • An interest in home design, the wedding industry and/or children’s brands is a plus
  • Experience working at an agency is a perk, but experience in a fast-paced working environment is more important

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize monthly editorial calendars for a growing list of client accounts
  • Use Later and other social platforms to draft, write and edit content to ensure consistent brand voice
  • Convey client needs, brand identity and voice to other team members (videographer, copywriter, photographer, etc.)
  • Utilize Canva to create engaging Instagram Stories for clients that incorporates brand assets
  • Capture and edit video clips to create Reels and TikTok videos
  • Monitor and assemble social media KPIs and analytics to then present to client
  • Daily monitoring and engagement with client accounts for mentions, hashtags and social interactions from influencers to consumers
  • Manage day-to-day communications with the client as well as facilitate status meetings and client calls
  • Assist on client video and photography shoots
  • Identify new growth opportunities and communicate strategic recommendations between client + agency
  • Become an expert of clients’ brand; approaching social media management as a true expansion of client

This position would start in June and would be an hourly position for the first six weeks, then transition into a salaried position on August 1st.
