TM Floyd & Company: Seeking Part-Time Social Media/Content Intern (Spring 2021)

  • Providing social media content, including custom content and industry news for social media platforms
  • Serving on TMF’s website development team and creating content for the resource library
  • Monitoring weekly priorities in recruiting meetings and ensuring that high-priority jobs are posted via social media and website
  • Researching, creating, and posting custom content for all social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Monitoring Glassdoor/Google/Facebook reviews and responding accordingly
  • Completing reference checks for the recruiting team and updating information in our applicant tracking system
  • Assisting with writing and editing job descriptions
  • Working with the recruiting and sales teams to maintain up-to-date and well-written marketing pieces for email blitzes, job fairs, and other recruiting efforts


  • Social media experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be comfortable talking on the phone
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Advanced Word and Outlook skills
  • Advanced editing skills, including grammar and punctuation
  • Ability to stay current on Information Technology (IT) industry news
  • Previous IT recruiting, staffing, or sourcing experience preferred
