Undergraduate research is a integral part of the Honors College academic experience. Dr. Beth Meyer-Bernstein, Honors College Associate Dean and Director of the Office of Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities, adds that peer-reviewed, original research articles set students apart from their peers when they apply to graduate or professional schools, or head into the job market. “A publication in such a prestigious journal speaks highly of their commitment, aptitude for research, and quality of their mentored experience,” said Meyer-Bernstein.
