To meet students in other C of C graduate programs,  email gsa@cofc.edu – the current Grad Student Association president is Mikey Zinn.  They have social activities and opportunities to serve in the GSA and they’d be happy to hear from you.

You’ll need a C of C ID to check out books and use the C of C printers in Addlestone Library and ECTR. Get yours at 162-A Calhoun Street (Berry Residence Hall, 1st floor, enter from Calhoun St). Bring a government-issued ID.  http://cougarcard.cofc.edu/   This location is also where you can purchase  Meal Plans

C of C parking permits can be purchased at the Office of Parking Services , also on the Calhoun Street side of the Joe E. Berry Jr. Residence Hall. The service hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

C of C parking options are limited, unfortunately. Two available to students who are only registered for afternoon-evening classes, 3 PM or later:  (1) Evening Pass for Surface Lots, $200  This allows you to park at all C of C surface lots, but it is first-come, first-served.  (2) PG Evening Pass: This lets you use the garage evenings after 2:50 PM.

If paying by the day, C of C parking garages are $1 per half hour and a maximum of $18 per day.

–CARTA busses are free to all C of C students and employees with a C of C ID.  https://www.ridecarta.com/   CARTA Express runs 3 express routes: James Island and North Charleston, Mount Pleasant and West Ashley, and   Dorchester Road and Summerville.

–C of C has a bikeshare program

–Holy Spokes bikeshare service offers student plans
