Join the NCHC 60th Anniversary Logo Contest

The National Collegiate Honors Council is inviting students to help us design a special 60th Anniversary logo!

Why Participate?

  • Recognition: The top 3 selected designs will be officially recognized by NCHC.
  • Rewards: Cash prizes for the top 3 designs (Visa gift cards; team entries split the award):1st Place: $500
  • Impact: The 1st Place design will debut at the NCHC25 kick-off in San Diego and be showcased on all anniversary communications, merchandise, and events from November 2025–November 2026.

Become an Honors Ambassador and help recruit the next class of Honors students!

The Honors College is looking for Honors Ambassadors to help us recruit and welcome the Honors College Class of 2030!

What does an Ambassador do? You’ll help the Honors College admissions team with recruitment events, campus visits, various recruitment tasks, and communication with prospective students.

Benefits: Help potential new Honors students determine if CofC is the best fit for them. Prospective students and families love to hear from current students directly, so we truly value each and every one of our ambassadors as they all showcase all the diverse interests our students have.

  • It’s a great resume builder and fun way to stay involved and represent the Honors College! If you remain an ambassador through graduation, you’ll receive a special Honors Ambassador cord to wear during the graduation ceremony.

Great Fit For: Open to any Honors College student, freshman through senior! (Returning Ambassadors do not need to fill out this application.)

The Gibbes Museum of Art is looking for students to join their Vibrant Leaders Development Program for the summer of 2025!

The Program: A 40 hr/week, nine-week paid internship at Charleston’s only art museum, aiming to help students of color gain valuable insights, skills, and connections that pave the way for impactful careers in the museum field.

Benefits:

  • Get a 360-degree experience in an art museum context
  • Engage in one-on-one mentorship opportunities
  • Be introduced to a range of issues and activities involving planning, organization, finance, marketing, community-building, and more

Community Health Assessment Volunteers

Healthy Tri-County is seeking students to assist with quantitative and qualitative research methods for the 2025 Tri-County Community Health Needs Assessment.

The Opportunity: Student will experience professional work in focus group facilitation, qualitative research analysis, community based participatory research, etc. All necessary trainings are provided.

The Benefits:

  • Networking with key community organizations and major hospitals in the Tri-County
