United Arts is announcing the Internship for Diverse and Emerging Arts Leaders (IDEAL) program for summer 2023!
The Opportunity: The IDEAL program offers paid internships in arts administration to undergraduate students from demographic backgrounds underrepresented in arts leadership.
- Over ten weeks, students are paired with both an arts organization in Wake County, NC and with a mentor from the community; Interns will gain experience working on real-world projects, participate in professional development, attend cultural activities.
