MUSC Health: Turning the Tide Violence Intervention Lecture

Join the School of Health and Human Performance as they host a guest lecture – MUSC Health: Turning the Tide Violence Intervention Lecture.

This lecture will take place on November 1st in Johnson Center room 206 from 9:25 to 10:40.

This is a great opportunity for anyone in the CofC Community interested in reducing gun violence.

The lecture will focus on topics such as expanded background checks, funding for local community gun violence interruption and intervention wraparound services, improving access to local programs for high-risk youth, and a public campaign promoting the importance of locking car doors to reduce gun theft, among others.
