Are you up for a challenge?:   (This is a paid internship.) This is a great opportunity to join a career boosting 10-week program designed around your potential. You will have the opportunity to support different tasks and projects which include weekly learning sessions on various areas in the organization, individual career development supported by your manager and other department team members, out-of-the-office activities as well as fun-competitive events supported by the People Experience team.

The Southern Region team coordinates between our National business functions and our 100 retail partners. It is one of the three sales regions for Volvo Cars USA, stretching over 2,000 miles East to West, over 1,200 miles North to South, and includes 13 states + D.C. The regional office is based in the Charleston area on campus with Volvo Cars U.S. Factory. This is where the S60 luxury sedan is produced for the global market as well as the soon-to-be production location for the next generation XC90 SUV. Our team philosophy is to build trust, transparent communication, and inclusivity with the idea being the team can excel and innovate by working ‘stronger together’. The Southern Region Intern will have an opportunity to learn the full breadth of our field sales operations across our team’s departments in New Car, Pre-Owned/Used, Aftersales/Customer Service, Vehicle Distribution, Marketing, and Network Development.

In order to be considered for this program, you need to be currently enrolled in a related Undergraduate degree program as a rising, Junior, Senior or anticipate graduating within the calendar year. Program is set to begin early June 2020.
