Business Development and Marketing Intern for LawCloud

LawCloud is looking for a part time sales and marketing and research intern. We are offering college credit if applicable(You figure it out) as well as $10 per hour.

The company is a legal technology start up and if the internship goes well it’s very likely we will create a full time position for you . We are looking for people that are motivated and can learn quickly. Previous work with CRM is ideal.

Tasks will include, lead research, social media updates (LinkedIn), helping with press releases, outbound marketing, conference research, and much more.

Learning objectives would include understanding of different types of legal documents to raise capital including, Form C, Reg D, PPM, Risk Factors ETC. As well as learning our CRM, helping with press releases and marketing material.

• We are looking for someone to work 10-15 hours per week.
• Start date is as soon as possible, ideally by early June.
• End date would be early September unless this position was moved to full time.
• This position would report to the Senior Account Executive and CEO.
