Position Summary: Looking for an intern to help with marketing assistance, database managing, market reports, mapping, social media, and other needs.
Start – ASAP/Spring 2021; 15 hours per Week
Motivated intern familiar with or willing to learn Constant Contact; Microsoft Excel; Adobe Creative Suite; Buildout & CoStar (Marketing Platforms for CRE). Intern will be in charge of updating and maintaining a contact database, creating CRE market reports, creating/updating maps on Google & Buildout, helping with social media and other marketing needs.
Supervisor: Meredith Gill- Director of Marketing and Public Relations
Learning objectives: Applicable knowledge of the CRE industry, marketing and public relations skills, database management and classification, market analysis, etc.
The intern would be required to come into the office. Everyone wears a mask when they are not seated at their desk.
