Position Description: Who you are… You are an experienced digital marketer and central to the delivery of a joyful consumer shopping experience across our wholesale partners’ digital commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, Wayfair, etc.). Your efforts ensure that Le Creuset’s premium position is reflected in the digital forums in which we trade, with the accurate and most effective content available and your merchant savvy skills enable you to prioritize what needs to be implemented in order to achieve performance objectives. You are comfortable and confident in communicating across the organization to obtain the necessary resources to improve results and facilitate business learning. It goes without saying you are nimble and can multi-task like a pro; effectively managing within a dynamic environment. You embody hospitality and professionalism, and genuinely demonstrate a willingness to contribute to this great brand.
Your Day-to-Day:
- The right information, in the right place, at the right time:
- Building/updating product and brand pages in coordination with internal cross functional partners and external client leads based on the mutually agreed commercial plan.
- Ensure the assortment (at the sku level) is supported through the various platforms utilized, connecting to broader marketing initiatives and base businesses.
- Identify and implement the various marketing support programs/content that will meet/exceed the consumers expectations, positioning Le Creuset as the brand of choice.
- Certify that all content is in line with brand standards and activities representingthe best SEO and ecommerce performance practices.
- Work as a team, win as a team:
- Actively participate in program development conversations to ensure that centralized initiatives are scoped to achieve scale and success.
- Participate in scheduled communications with external merchants and internal account managers to prioritize activities.
- Develop an intimate understanding of lead times and launch dates to ensure SKUs and content are onboarded on time.
- Partner with lecreuset.com to understand what drives the business and where synergy makes sense.
- Ensure best practices are shared within the overall organization.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years digital business experience
- CMS experience (Adobe, AEM preferred)
- Usability or conversion enhancement knowledge
- Knowledge of programming languages, e.g. HTML not required but preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- The ability to work independently and collectively
- Experience on both the brand and commercial side of the digital commerce marketplace
