Position Description: (This is a paid internship.) Join the best internship program around! Interns will be able to participate in company-wide activities and events such as yoga, dance lessons, an employee mingle and end of the month lunches. Interns get unique insight into the minds of the CEO and senior executives during Ask Me Anything sessions. Interns will receive company training, onboarding and professional development training to help transition into the workplace. Interns will also engage in team building activities and awesome socials specifically designed for the interns.

The Visual Content Intern will support research and development and internal projects in the visual design space (research and job task analysis, conceptualizing ideas, basic project management, and other project support).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Creative Content Team with the creation, design, and development of professional and attractive content for customers. This includes but is not limited to knowledge base tutorial videos, infographics, and landing pages.
- Work collaboratively to design standard operating procedures, in order to streamline current and future processes.
- Conceptualize creative ideas for new content through mockups and prototypes.
- Create video tutorial storyboards and do light editing of pre-recorded video footage using video editing software.
- Support and collaborate with other video editors and designers on the team to meet workflow and content creation timetables and with needed deliverables.
Learning Objectives:
- Master how to create, develop, and manipulate content using a variety of technology (Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Be able to storyboard different ideas for new or existing learning materials that support the KnowBe4 knowledge base.
- Learn how to visually communicate complex, technical information in terms for others to easily understand.

Training:
- Training on Adobe Creative Cloud products for the creation of visual content at a professional level.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Proven creativity with experience in visual/multimedia design (graphics, videos, etc.).
- Experience with video editing software.
- Interest in Adobe Creative Cloud or a software equivalent
Education:
- Completion of sophomore year of a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, UX/UI, Film Editing, Programming, or a related field.
