Position Description: You’ll work closely with the CEO, Director of Strategy, investors, and senior consultants. Unlike many startups, the leadership team at Integral is made up of industry experts who have a track record of both business success and cultivating talent.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Ensure clients have a seamless experience with Integral by…
- Preparing thoughtful agendas, timelines, transcriptions, meeting notes, and other collateral that delight the client
- Collaborating with Integral teammates on client deliverables such as planning and co-facilitating workshops, communications research, focus groups, desk research, data analyses, strategy development and execution, etc.
- Play a role in growing the business by…
- Contributing to marketing efforts like our monthly newsletter, social media presence, web copy, event preparation/planning/attendance, follow up
- Participating in the maintenance of our CRM (client relationship management) system
- Helping organize and coordinate business development opportunities
Your Skills and Experience:
- Entry level: one to two years of experience or recently graduated
- A bachelor’s degree in something that involves critical thinking, writing, and human interaction with machines, such as Communications, Media, Sociology, Anthropology, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills, curious, focused and passionate
- A profound love for visually presenting ideas, especially helpful if you have mastery in Powerpoint/Google Slides
