Position Description: Responsible for all related aspects of employee communications; planning, strategizing, directing, and executing for assigned specific areas and initiatives, inclusive of strategic plan communications, employee engagement and other Human Resource communications, and miscellaneous operational areas. Responsible for directing and supervising the activities of assigned direct reports. Oversees all related Internal Communications activity in the absence of the Director of Internal Communications. Coaches, mentors, and develops assigned staff. Areas of expertise include strategic planning, project management, relationship building, writing engaging content for all channels and audiences, collaborating and directly supervising staff.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Public Relations – Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree – Required
Experience: Minimum of 5 years Related work experience – Required
Working Conditions/Physical Demands: Work is typically performed in an office environment. Travel may be required. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
