Position Summary: Our growing company is searching for a Sales Assistant Intern who can offer reliable support to the Director of Sales and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for researching prospects, updating the Company’s CRM and assisting in e-mail campaigns. If you have previous inside sales and/or admin experience and you’re interested in building your resume, learning new skills, gaining references and having fun, we encourage you to come intern with us.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work directly with the Director of Sponsorship Sales
- Assist in organizing all sales related documents
- Update CRM with new leads, completed contracts, new tasks and updated POCs
- Assist in cold calling to set meetings on behalf of the Director of Sponsorship Sales
- Assist in sales presentation materials
- Assist in qualifying leads and updating leads lists
Qualifications and Skills:
- Sales Support experience
- Proficiency in a CRM tool like Hubspot
- Some knowledge of navigating and working on Google Docs
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn new things and ability to take instruction
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure
- Verbal and written communication skills
