Communications Manager Position

This position will support the coordination of communications activities (e.g. digital campaigns, publications, etc.) for a new national technical assistance resource center of best practices and effective models for healthcare providers to screen, diagnose, link, and retain Black men who have sex with men (BMSM) in HIV clinical care.
This position is a good fit for someone who has experience working at the intersection of communications, technology, HIV prevention and care, and policy.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with communicating health messages and interventions (both clinical and non-clinical) reaching Black men who have sex with men (BMSM)
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital platforms, branding, marketing, and multimodal dissemination of a large-scale public health campaign across diverse audiences
- Experience with HIV prevention and care programs and policy
- Experience working with disproportionately impacted communities such as Black SGL/gay and bisexual men
Salary: $55 – $75,000, commensurate with experience
