With Who: AMOR Healing Kitchen

Description: Support AMOR Healing Kitchen in the execution of marketing, public relations and external communications. This part-time, unpaid position provides on-the-job training and actionable career experience. AMOR Healing Kitchen is committed to working with you to ensure that the experience is practical and career-building. This is a hands-on job focused on materials development, outreach and measurement, research, and writing.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to supporting the development and implementation of the following processes:
- Financial and In Kind Donor stewardship program; monthly donor program, donor recognition
- Client care; feedback forms, sympathy cards, end of program communication and surveys, testimonials
- Volunteers; feedback forms, testimonials, end of program communication surveys and reviews
- Health care providers; newsletters, marketing materials
- Social media
- Design and assist execution of campaigns across FB, IG, LinkedIn
- Track engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns
- Create content such as blogs, infographics, videos, and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets
- Reports directly to the Executive Director and Operations Director

Qualifications:
- A true desire to learn and dedication to the internship, including a commitment to being professional and reliable
- Strong written and oral communication skills; attention to detail and organizational skills a must
- Currently studying marketing, communications, PR, journalism, or related course
- Ability to work independently and take initiative and handle deadline-sensitive projects with professional quality
- Team player & positive attitude
- Working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets & Slides
- Working knowledge of social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
