Dates: Fall 2021 – Spring 2022
Compensation: $12 per hour
Position Description: (This is a paid internship.) This Coaches 4 Character paid internship opportunity has the unique job description of helping with the planning, organization, marketing, and implementation of our annual golf tournament and signature ACE Awards Program. Students will also gain experience in corporate relations, fundraising, and grant writing. A passion to help disadvantaged youth along with an interest in sports are prerequisites. Good computer, social, and organizational skills are also required. Students that are interested in event planning, marketing and promotions, fundraising, sales, media relations, and have an interest in working in a nonprofit (501c3) setting will be a good fit for this position. Selected students will find this position challenging, enjoyable, and full of networking opportunities. As for the duration, I am looking for an intern for the remainder of the summer, as well as the 2021 Fall and 2022 Spring semesters. Senior class status preferred.
