MHP Salud is a national nonprofit organization that implements and runs Community Health Worker programs.
The Marketing and Community Management Specialist is responsible for spearheading and coordinating the development of the marketing and communication strategy of the organization including developing and designing content of marketing and communication materials, developing a social media campaign consistent with organizational strategic plan, and management of web page and web presence. This position will work directly under the supervision of the Chief Strategy and Analytics Officer (CSAO). Outlined below are the general responsibilities and functions related to the position.

- Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure continued public awareness of brand
- Plans, directs, coordinates, designs, and implements the organization’s online, print and promotional media presence
- Maintains, updates and organizes organization’s media channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing and website administration
Successful applicant will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field with at least two years’ professional marketing experience—master’s degree a plus
- Excellent writing skills
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Website administration experience a plus, WordPress experience preferred
Position will be based out of MHP Salud’s Florida, Michigan or Texas Offices. Salary Range: $49,000 – 56,000, DOQ. Excellent benefits.
