South City PR, a Charleston-based PR firm with a focus on hospitality, is seeking a motivated intern. This internship is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about local, regional and national media campaigns. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to drafting press releases and media alerts, updating press lists, compiling client reports, assistance with call sheets when necessary, website and social media updates, blog posts, client calendars and assisting with pitch ideas and drafting pitches. The position is 20 hours per week.
