Compensation: $13 per hour
Position Description: (This is a paid internship.) Cookie.dough.love. is looking for an energetic student that wants to help spread happiness through cookie dough! Our company is growing and we need to bring on someone creative to take over marketing (mainly digital) and help with the website. We know there is so much value in this avenue of marketing and we have only started to tap into it. We are looking for someone who is a creative self-starter and can work independently. Knowledge of social media and the analytics behind it are a must. Website design experience is a plus.
This position is part time and we estimate approximately 20 hours a month. The intern’s work will be done remotely and will have clear deadlines to be met. There is so much opportunity for growth in this company since we are just getting started! Not to mention free cookie dough!
Responsibilities Include:
- Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
- Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
- Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
- Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
- Assist in the management of website.
- Measure and report the results of digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
- Extensive knowledge of major social media platforms including FB and Instagram
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills
- Prefer student in junior or senior year of college
