With Who: Charleston Home + Design Magazine
Dates: Summer 2020
Location: Charleston, SC (Hanover St., downtown)
Hours: Must work at least 20 hours per week
Position Description: Assist Editor with client management (including making phone calls), composing stories for print and digital), updating organizational charts for various purposes, and producing the fall issue of the magazine. (This is an unpaid internship.)
Primary Duties:
- Completing research and contacting clients for assigned editorial pieces
- Brainstorming ideas for blog topics/researching trending home related topics to write about
- Assist in editing the fall issue during production
- Attend various photoshoots to assist with behind the scenes and interviews
- Various related tasks upon request
