With Who: Brad Jayne for SC (running for SC House of Representatives in District 114)

Position Description: Brad Jayne is a commercial producer and independent filmmaker based in Charleston, and is running for the South Carolina House of Representatives for District 114. He is an independent with the backing of The Alliance Party (described as a centrist, pragmatic group formed in SC by Republicans and Democrats and now in 22 states). Brad believes that voters are looking for a new option when it comes to the two-party system. He also sees the upcoming race as an ideal space to explore how politics could be less partisan and more effective.
Mr. Jayne is seeking students to intern with his campaign. With his background in with large media groups and organizations, he plans to bring high-value branding and marketing to the process, including innovative video content. The internship experience would be a solidly professional work environment, with a top-notch Advisory Board and freedom for the students to try new things when it comes to making the campaign, and eventually non-partisan public service, work.
This internship will be completed virtually at this point, so any student could participate from wherever they are.
