Position Description: This is a paid internship. Want to make a real difference in a person’s career and life? That is what we do every day and we’re looking to hire a smart, funny, outgoing, social media and marketing savvy intern to help us do that!
The title is Internet Researcher/Digital Marketing Coordinator. This position will involve helping us find great talent that we can place into great companies and making sure all our marketing and branding efforts are being done regularly and timely. One day you might be helping fill a role and the next day you might be working on our web-site, our LinkedIn site or posting something exciting on Instagram or FB.
This position will report into the Managing Partner for the firm. The position will be needed from now(Fall 2019) through May/June 2020. Ideally you can work 15-20 hours per week but we’re pretty flexible for the right person!
What do you get out of this in addition to the pay? By the way, I am looking to pay $10/hour but there will be a $200 bonus for every person you have a hand in placing with a client! As a firm we place tax professionals so you will learn:
- how a small business works on a day to day basis
- how to engage with tax professionals through email, phone, text, LI InMail,etc.
- what tax people actually do every day(and who knows, you might decide being a tax person is what you want to do!)
- how an executive search firm works, how we find people, how we qualify people, how we market ourselves and build our brand contact by contact. (And you might decide to become a recruiter!)
- how an office can be fun but get serious work done
