Virtual Student Federal Service
Through the Virtual Student Federal Service (VSFS) program, students can work remotely on projects that advance the work of government on multiple fronts. Projects include helping counter violent extremism, strengthening human rights monitoring, developing virtual programs, engaging in digital communications, mapping, economic and political reporting, data analysis, graphic design, app building, and more. Students can apply July 1-31, 2019. Interviews take place in September and placements are for the academic year. For more information, visit https://vsfs.state.gov/
Students who are interested in applying can schedule an appointment with the Career Center (843-953-5692) to have their application materials reviewed. The Career Center also offers drop-in hours from 2-4pm every week day.
