I failed, now what?

Everyone who has attempted any noteworthy cause has experienced failure. But what makes it so hurtful is when you put your “all” into that cause (an application, assignment, career, exam, job, relationship) and failed. This brings about negative thoughts that increase fear, anxiety, or ideas that you are not good enough.

Failure is not the opposite of success but a part of the success process. The question then is what to do to overcome negative thinking.

Consider these tips that might help you navigate through a “failing stage” and grow from it.
