This looks delish! I definitely would want to save this recipe for colder weather, but I would for sure like to try it out. This reminds me a little bit of “totchos”, which follows the same idea of combining beer cheese, tater tots, and toppings.
I love beer cheese! This recipe sounds super yummy. I have actually made beer cheese before and it turned out really good but I will have to try this one.
I’ve tried beer cheese a few times but it’s not my favorite. It’s a little too heavy but a cool concept. On the other hand, beer battered is awesome. I recently tried beer-battered fish and chips and it was fantastic.
This recipe looks really intriguing to me. I’m a big fan of both Tater tots and chive soup and would to try these two foods together! i also love how your using red pepper sauce which I bet gives a great like taste to the meal. Can’t wait to try!
That looks incredible. I’ve made something similar before but with cheap bacon bits and frozen tots. When I really get into cooking I hope to try something like this. Right up my alley.
I am not a huge fan of beer, I admit I took this course to learn more about the wine industry, but I would absolutely try this recipe. It seems like such a good flavor profile.
Looks like a great recipe! I love tater tots so I might have to try this recipe out.

Super excited to try this out… soups are always fun especially when it’s raining out!
