  1. Even when bad things happen good things come out of it. I thought it was interesting was that you can infuse beer into cinnamon rolls in itself. Also, that by making these cinnamon rolls because of her sister she also created her own cookbook.

  2. I think it is super interesting how beer can be used to cook. I knew that beer was used to make things such as beer cheese, but never would have thought that it would be used for cinnamon rolls. Going to have to try this!

  3. This recipe looks so good! I am not a big sweets person but I would try this one out. I think that it is really interesting to see beer being used in recipes that would normally involve yeast. I learned just a few months ago that in many cases you can substitute beer for yeast in baking when I made some beer bread.

  7. Right of the bat I was very intrigued by a “Beer Breaded Cinnamon Roll.” At first I was a little thrown off by the beer but the more I looked into the recipe the more I wanted to try it. Cinnamon rolls also remind me of Christmas along with waking up to a snow day as a kid. They make you feel great and jubilee. I am definitely going to send this recipe to my mom as I think she would love to bake this.

I’ve always loved cinnamon rolls and they truly do make you feel at home. I’m going to try this 10 minute recipe for sure.

  9. This is not the first time that I have heard of using beer in desserts that require yeast. I think it is a great way to add some flavor that would otherwise not be incorporated.
