I think its important for vegans to have accessibility to vegan wine, of course. I think in today’s day people like alternatives in general so this market may excel.
I think that veganism is a growing movement, and this could present a sizable market for the vegan wine industry. However, I think that the taste and quality issues noted in this article could prevent vegan wine from appealing to the general public and limit its market to this specific group. I wonder if we will see advancements in vegan wine production in the future that enhances the quality and taste of the wine so that it might have a more broad appeal to the general public?
In more recent years we have seen a huge increase in the amount of individuals, specifically youth, deciding to go vegan. If the beer industry wants to market beer to all people I think that having vegan beer is crucial. These types of industries want to sell to anyone and everyone, and that includes vegans!
