Professor Mark P. Del Mastro presented his paper “The Girl in the Mirror: Female Identity in Laforet and Matute” at the 64th Annual Mountain Interstate Foreign Language Conference (MIFLC) held at Furman University. Dr. Del Mastro also organized and chaired the corresponding academic session entitled “Female Discover in the Spanish Novel,” and he collaborated in the MIFLC Executive Committee and Business Meetings in his role as MIFLC Vice President.
