SGA is proud to announce the introduction of the SOURCE. SOURCE is an interactive discussion board for students at the College of Charleston to post various transportation options. Students are able to post the destination and contact information to find other students who are traveling to the same areas.
Today, the Elections Commission announced the approved candidates for Freshman elections in Fall 2008. These students have proved to be in good academic and disciplinary standing with the College of Charleston. They maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher and have the support of students in their class.
The Student Government Association and the Election Commission is proud to announce the start of Fall 2008 Elections. The SGA is currently looking for 12 Freshman Senators, two Junior Senators, and two Senior Senators.
The Student Government Association provides an expedited process for student organizations that are known to be active organizations from year to year. In order to facilitate an unmatched student life on the College of Charleston campus, we ask for cooperation from registered student organizations completing this form promptly.

Monday morning, June 9th, the Board of Trustees for the College met to discuss tuition for the upcoming academic year. The Finance Committee proposed increases in tuition for in-state students by 8% and out-of-state students by 9%.
The Student Government Association oversees over 120 different student groups on campus. In efforts with the Office of Student Life, we have compiled a full listing of all current and active organizations on campus. Now, you can get an idea of what all CofC student life has to offer.

Approximately 1,600 students graduated from the College of Charleston in the 215th commencement ceremony. Business Administration was this year’s most popular major with 309 graduates. Communication was a close second with 264 graduates.
