Wednesday, October 17th, College of Charleston is participating in a Global Call to Action to end extreme poverty. Last year over 23 million people around the world participated, making it the “largest mobilization of people in the history of Guinness World Record Breaking.” On this day, take a closer look at the Cistern Yard. See how students are creating awareness on campus and how you can be involved. On October 17th, we ask you to STAND UP Against Poverty.
