Dear Students of the College of Charleston,

As I prepare to pass through the gates of Porter’s lodge to the other side I would like to thank you for an incredible year. I could not be more proud of the Student Government and all of its accomplishments; from the creation and launch of the House of Representatives to our initiative to stop the pile driving. I look forward to watching the continued success and progress of next year’s SGA and know that they will do an excellent job in their service to you, the student body. Also, it is important that we all remember that each of us has a stake in the progress of this institution and to see change everyone must play an active role. If you want to see change; be the change, inspire it in others, work to create it- for there are no limits but those you allow to stand in your way.

Thank you for an incredible ending to my four years of service to the College in the SGA and remember always; know thyself, do not simply pass by.
