Not many airline pilots start out as a flight attendant as Mollie Warren ’16 did, but thanks to a Delta Air Lines pilot development program and her business education, she’s taken her career to new heights.
During her time at the College, Warren was a double major in business administration and hospitality and tourism management. The flight attendant-turned-pilot said it prepared her well for her piloting career.
The College opened my eyes to the inner workings of the aviation and tourism industry. I learned so much not only in class, but also through my many local jobs and internships in the hospitality industry that the College helped me secure throughout my time there. The best lesson I learned was that attitude and persistence are everything!
