New Grade Redemption Policy Communication

The Faculty Senate approved a new Course Grade Redemption policy this past fall. The policy will go into effect at the start of the Fall 2025 school year. At that time, a petition form will become available to students through the Office of the Registrar. This policy will not be available to students who are graduating in May of 2025.
This semester, students may have questions about how to use the policy as they prepare for advising and registration for Fall 2025. We are communicating with students in a variety of formats. An email to students was sent out on Monday, February 3rd, followed by communication through OAKs, video screens, and @successatcofc on Instagram. We’ll hold a moderated live Q and A on Instagram the week of February 10th.
