Work Orders and Keys

Hayden Smith has recently taken over as operations manager for the School of Business. If there is a need for an office-related work order, you are more than welcome to submit one.

If there is a need for a building-wide work order (AC, elevator, restroom, etc.), please send those to Hayden Smith (smithhl1@cofc.edu or 843-953-5491) and Stacey Hassard (hassardsk@cofc.edu). This will prevent us from sending multiple work orders to facilities and allow us to track the status and follow up as needed.

We have also received an update on the campus key policy. We are no longer allowed to keep keys in lock boxes or desks. If you have any extra keys, please turn them into Hayden so we can inventory them and lock them away.
