CAPP to become Academic Success and Retention Office

I’m writing to inform you of an important update regarding the Center for Academic Performance and Persistence. After careful consideration and to better align with our mission and services, we are pleased to announce that our office will now be known as the Academic Success and Retention Office.

Please note that while our name is changing, our commitment to supporting student success at the College of Charleston remains the same. Our contact information, location, and team members will also remain unchanged.

Over the next academic year, we will transition out of using the Center for Academic Performance and Persistence (CAPP) name and starting July 1, 2025, will fully move into our new name.

We kindly ask that you update your records accordingly and use our new name in all future correspondence. Should you have any questions or require further information, feel free to reach out to Jessica Zuber at zuberj@cofc.edu.
