Sponsorships in NCFDD’s Summer 2024 Faculty Success Program (FSP)

Faculty colleagues,

Via a partnership between CETL, the Office of the Provost, and your dean, sixteen faculty members (two from each school) will be provided an opportunity to participate in NCFDD’s Faculty Success Program (FSP) this summer with full costs covered by the College of Charleston.

The program runs May 20 through July 28, 2024.

This 12-week online program is conducted in small groups of 3 to 4 individuals led by an NCFDD trained coach who helps tenure-track and tenured faculty develop and strengthen the skills necessary to increase research and writing productivity while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Faculty members interested in being sponsored for this summer FSP should should let your dean (or designated school representative) know by noon on Friday, February 23. Selection processes will be conducted within each school.

Our colleague Chris Mothorpe is a past participant and is happy to speak with anyone who is interested in the opportunity.

Participants will be registered in the summer 2024 FSP with NCFDD within a week of selection. Once registered, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
