Upcoming Dates and Deadlines: August

Regularly, we’ll provide a look ahead at critical dates and deadlines on the academic calendar.  Here is what’s on the horizon through the end of August:

• Tuesday, August 8 – Summer II final grades due by 12 Noon
• Tuesday, August 15 – Degrees are scheduled to be posted on this date.  Students should wait until after this date to order official transcripts if they want the degree to appear on the transcript.
• Friday, August 18-Sunday, August 20 – Residence halls open.  Move-in dates vary by residence hall and are by appointment.
• Monday, August 21 – New Student Convocation
• Tuesday, August 22 – Fall full semester and Express I classes begin
• Thursday, August 24 – Last day to drop/add Express I classes
• Friday, August 25 – Department chairs’ SZAAREG deadline for Express I
• Monday, August 28 – Last day to drop/add Fall Full Semester classes
• Thursday, August 31 – Department chairs’ SZAAREG deadline for Fall Full Semester
