Dr. Bob Frash honored by local professional organization

As many of you know, our colleague Dr. Bob Frash retires at the end of this month.

This week, the Lowcountry Hospitality Association Board of Directors hosted a reception, where they honored Dr. Bob Frash in preparation for his retirement later this month. Dr. Frash is a Professor and is currently serving as the Chair of the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management. It was humbling to hear their praise of his work in building a bridge between industry and the campus in order to develop and recruit young professionals to the Charleston Hospitality industry. As I left, being there caused me to think about all the students impacted by our colleague Bob over the years due to those bridges built with industry. Infinite impact.
