Welcoming New Staff: Cathy Ficzner

The School of Business welcomes Cathy Ficzner as the new MBA Operations Manager.

Cathy will perform logistical coordination, admissions, and marketing duties related to the MBA program. In addition, she will work with the Executive Director of Continuing & Professional Education to coordinate continuing education operations. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from Baldwin Wallace University in Ohio. She earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. She brings 15+ years of Higher Education experience to the MBA program from four different institutions. Prior to coming to the business school, she worked in the Center for Academic Performance and Persistence (CAPP) as the Assistant Director of CAPP/First Year Impact Program Director.
