Kim Tribou Cited by Snopes in DOD Audit Article

Kimberly Tribou, assistant professor of accounting, was recently cited as an expert by the fact-checking website Snopes.com in an article about the Department of Defense’s first audit.

Tribou recently coauthored a paper on the topic, published in the Accounting Historians Journal, which explores the origins and challenges of the DOD’s first full-scope audit. Snopes referenced the paper and included her expert insights in their investigation.
