Beta Alpha Psi to bring 10 students to national conference
Next weekend, ten Beta Alpha Psi members and two faculty advisors will be attending the organization’s midyear meeting in Atlanta, GA. During the meeting, students will have the opportunity to network with accounting and business professionals, share best practices with other university chapters, and take part in community service projects.
Beta Alpha Psi is collecting elementary books (K-5) to bring to their midyear conference this January 24-25. Our goal is to collect and bring 100 books for Path to Shine, a Georgia-based youth mentoring program started and managed by a Georgia State BAP alumni!
Please consider helping our accounting students help their greater community by bringing new or lightly used books by Kim Tribou’s office (Beatty 327), bringing your spare change to the January 16th faculty meeting, or making a financial contribution using our Zelle account.
Beta Alpha Psi is open to students with 30 or more college hours who are considering the accounting profession. Upon meeting additional eligibility requirements, students can be inducted as full members of the organization.
