School of Business Staff Celebrate Admin Professionals Day

In recognition of Administrative Professionals Day yesterday, ten members of our School of Business staff participated in a Strengths Retreat facilitated by our colleague Michelle Futrell.

We spent the day at WestEdge analyzing and dissecting our top five CliftonStrengths and learning how to harness our talents for success. We discussed characteristics that describe us, the values we bring to the workplace, what we need from others to excel, and our unique motivations. We enjoyed lunch together, spent time learning about our professional development desires as a group, and wrapped the day up with some relaxing Chair Yoga – a special thank you to Alicia Caudill for stopping by!

It was a great day of learning about ourselves and others!
