Student Success Insights Training

I’m excited to invite you to a training on Student Success Insights! The objective of this new platform is to allow for cross campus collaboration to drive persistence and graduation. Join us on April 9th at 3pm (on Zoom) to learn more about how you can integrate this CRM into your day-to-day work with students.

Please reach out to Jessica Zuber directly if you have trouble logging into the “Student Success Insights: Advisor” tile in MyPortal.

During the training, you will hear more about the following topics:

• How to log in
• Alerts & Indicators – what do they mean?
• Searching for your students, even if they are not advisee’s.
• Notes – you can see when students meet with others campus partners.
• Sending emails to students
• Hear from others who join how they have integrated using this platform in their student conversations.
