Report on Industry Engagement for Fall 2023

Our tally of speakers for the fall is nearly finalized. During the Fall 2023 semester, your successful efforts resulted in hosting over 200 speakers and events. The extensive list of speakers and guests showcases a remarkable diversity across industries, positions, and regions. This accomplishment stands out as a significant highlight, and we are actively devising a plan to amplify its visibility.

Our objective is to foster collaboration and strategically optimize speaker hosting to further boost attendance at these events. I’ve already shared the spreadsheet with you on TEAMS. Your insights on refining this process are invaluable, so please feel free to provide any suggestions. Moreover, if you hosted speakers that may not have been captured, kindly inform me. We are dedicated to capturing the data in a manner that is seamless and convenient for you.

However, the work doesn’t stop here! We have yet to compile the list of mentors involved in our programs, and the current list doesn’t encompass the industry experience of our tenured faculty, instructors, program directors, and adjunct faculty.
