As we wrap up another semester, I am proud of our SB December graduates, especially our first generation MSPS graduates and wanted to share some “maroon memories” photos and a great plug for our Global Scholars Program from:

“I’m happy to share that I was invited to the Multicultural Graduation Ceremony at the College of Charleston. Being a Latino and an active member of the Hispanic community at the college has been a fantastic experience and an honor to embrace my heritage. Moreover, I was recognized the same day as a Global Scholar Student.

The Global Scholars program is a university-wide initiative designed to increase the capacity of students to contribute productively as global citizens. The program aims to meet the changing demands brought about by globalization and recognize students who structure their learning and work around developing a more comprehensive global world view.”
