The Registrar’s Office front lobby will close for in-person services on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 5:00 pm (ET). Phone and email assistance will be available virtually from 8:30 am to 10:30 am (ET) on Wednesday, November 24, 2021. Starting Monday, September 20th, RO Live Chat will have additional hours of operation. The RO Live Chat feature is available at https://registrar.cofc.edu/ro-live-chat/. RO Live Chat is available during the following hours:
- Mondays: 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesdays: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesdays: 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Thursdays: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Fridays: 1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The Registrar’s Office will be closed to in-person traffic on Monday, August 9 and Tuesday, August 10, 2021 from 8:30 am to 10:00 am and 3:00pm – 5:00pm both days. The lobby will be open to in-person traffic from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm both days.
The Office of the Registrar and Transfer Resource Center will be closed on Monday, May 31, 2021 in observance of Memorial Day.
In order to accommodate parking on campus for the afternoon commencement ceremony on Friday, May 7th, the RO and TRC will close at noon on Friday, May 7, 2021.
Due to severe weather conditions expected on Thursday afternoon, the College will close early on Thursday, March 18. All classes, activities, events and meetings scheduled after 1 p.m. are cancelled. This includes in-person, virtual and hybrid classes and laboratories.
The Office of the Registrar (RO) and the Transfer Resource Center (TRC) will close for Winter Break at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 23, 2020.
